The hirer undertakes to clear the unit of all goods and rubbish at the end of the hire period and to leave the unit in the same condition as at the start of the hire period, the hire period shall continue (and rent charges will apply until such clearance has been completed).  The hirer may not sub-let the unit to a third party and shall be responsible for locking the unit. (All dimensions are approximate). Children must not be allowed to ‘run around’ – this is not a playground! Dogs must be kept under control on a lead. We reserve the right to access the unit for essential maintenance.

(2) PAYMENT All rents shall be paid in advance as per Invoice. Payment can be made by Cash, Debit/Credit Card or by Standing Order. If you fail to pay the rent or any other due charges within seven days of the due date, we reserve the right to IMPOUND YOUR GOODS AND SUSPEND YOUR OUT OF HOURS ACCESS TO OUR PREMISES UNTIL ALL OUSTANDING AMOUNTS ARE PAID.  If you do not pay the rent or any other due charges in full within 21 days of the due date we (or our agent) may enter the storage unit and seize your goods and sell or otherwise dispose of them. After deducting our outstanding rents and any costs incurred by us any surplus will be returned to you.

(3) REFUNDS A minimum of 7 days written notice of your intention to vacate the storage unit is required to qualify for a refund of prepaid rents.

(4) INSURANCE of the stored goods is the responsibility of the hirer.

(5) TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate this agreement with immediate effect and without liability if at our sole discretion it appears: the goods stored are or we reasonably suspect they are prohibited items, the nature of the goods may bring bad publicity or disrepute upon us, or you fail to honour your obligations under this agreement.

You must satisfy yourself that the goods are suitable to be stored in the unit and we do not accept responsibility if they are not. You will permit us and our agents to access your unit, and if necessary break the lock if we are required to do so by the Police, Fire Service, Local Authority or a Court Order, or if we have reasonable suspicion that the unit contains any Prohibited items.

(7) ACCESS Free Access 24/7 to all drive up storage containers (subject to the hirer observing our full rental terms). Access to ‘Top Deck’ units, small lockers and warehouse units is restricted to normal business hours.
